Lifetime Warranty

At TenyGo Leather Bags ( tenygo.com ), we are committed to the quality and durability of our products. We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifespan of our bags, provided they are used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose.

Leather Products Warranty

Leather is a natural, durable, & flexible material. Each hide is unique with individual characteristics which may be visible on our products. These features may include small leather scars, creases, or variations in color, which are not manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects include rivets, locks, and other hardware pieces found on our products.

Repairs made for manufacturing defects are subject to the availability of necessary parts and materials. We will make every effort to match the original color and style of your product, however, cannot guarantee that repaired items will be an exact match of the original look. 

What’s Covered by the Lifetime Warranty:

✅ Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of production.
✅ Defects impacting the product’s functionality or durability from the time of manufacture.

What’s Not Covered by the Lifetime Warranty:

❌ Natural characteristics of leather such as scars, creases or color variations, etc.
❌ Damage due to misuse, neglect, or accidents.
❌ Normal wear and tear, such as fabric fading, abrasions, or zipper wear over time.
❌ Modifications or alterations made by the user.
❌ Damage occurring after receipt of the product.
❌ General wear from regular use.
❌ Intentional damage, such as cuts or slashes to the material.

Who is Eligible?

The lifetime warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of a TenyGo Leather Bags product purchased through our official website or an authorized retailer. It is non-transferable and valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@tenygo.com with the following details:

📌 Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
📌 A detailed description of the issue.
📌 Photos or videos clearly showing the defect.

Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or an alternative resolution.

Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

If your claim is approved, returns and exchanges for non-quality issues are the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping.

If you need to return an item for evaluation, you will be responsible for arranging the return shipment, including any associated shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse these expenses. We will provide shipping cost estimates and instructions once the claim is approved.
