Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF and other expedited express.

Receiving Time = Processing Time(1-4 days) + Shipping Time

• Shipping time for most of countries usually is 3-10 business days, and may need up to 15 business days for special issues sometimes.
• We currently ship to most countries; however, some locations may have restrictions due to shipping carrier limitations.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses in some cases. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• For international orders, all uncontrollable fees like customs fees, import duties may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
• TenyGo Leather Bags is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, courier issues, natural disasters). If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
