Shipping Policy

  • Preview price may in local currency and will be charged in USD when checkout.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.
  • We currently ship to most countries; however, some locations may have restrictions due to shipping carrier limitations.
  • Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We use priority express delivery as possible, the target is you got the parcel in 2-14 days in normal after shipped. And we will use the best shipper for other destination, and it needs up to 30 days on it’s way.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please note, Your order may take slightly longer to arrive if under special issues after it shipped.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses in some cases. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
  • TenyGo Leather Bags is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, courier issues, natural disasters). If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
  • If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please contact us by support@tenygo.com within 45 days after it shipped if the package does not arrive in time, our customer support team will get back to you within 24 hours.
