Colors may look different on the printed item than they appear on your monitor. This may be due to different reasons:
➤ To print pixel designs, we need to render the color scheme from RGB to CMYK and make color corrections if necessary. This may lead to slight color variations.
➤ Every screen displays colors differently. A combination of brightness, contrast and saturation can change color effects significantly.
➤ The color of the fabrics has an effect on the print result.
Images /photos / designs serve as a template for digital printing / Thermo sublimation / Thermal transfer on TenyGo.com. So that we can achieve the best possible result in printing with your graphics, please bear in mind the following requirements for your design:
➤ PNG, JPG, JPEG or BMP file format
➤ Maximum file size is 10 MB
➤ Image resolution at least 200 dpi
➤ Maximum size 4000 x 4000 pixels
➤ Design is isolated
TenyGo customers often want to print your motif from an image or photo without the background. You can removal backgrounds with following methods and save your design as a PNG file.

Our standard print method is thermal transfer. Because it will show you more refined graphics on your shirt. Also we may use thermo sublimation or digital direct printing according actual needs. Also we are ready to provide embroidery and other method.
In the design tool, you can see a square on the products when you try to make your design. That is the print area. All designs and texts can only be placed inside it.
All designs and texts can only be placed in print area. When you want to set logos on the front of the shirt. Please don’t place it too close to the armpit. The perfect position is third of the width.
A dark desgin on a dark product will not come out great, even it looks OK on your monitor. The same is true for bright designs on bright products, as well as all other color combinations that are too similar. Choose a contrasting color and product combination to make your designs come out great.
Your design may appear little bigger or smaller on the actual products you receive. Because there may have many sizes (e.g.: S-5XL) for each product. even though,we will try our best to provide favourable results on products for you.
Printing on the fly, seams, or zippers can’t be done. Never put your design, photos and text in these places. It may be possible to create a product this way (and to check out with the order), but we won’t be able to process the order.
Design overlaps can’t be printed. Don’t place several designs, images or text on top of each other. It may be possible to create a product with overlapping designs (and to check out with the order), but we won’t be able to process the order.

4. An activation mail will send to your E-mail, Please click it from your E-mail to active your account.

3. If you have forgotten your password. Don’t worry! You can reset your password by option “Lost your password?”.

1. You can try to jog your memory if you think you might know your password.
2. Click “Login / Register” to open log in page.
3. Click option “Lost your password?”.
4. Then type your E-mail address into the fields and click “Rest Password”.
5. An E-mail had sent to you and you can rest your password with the link in your mailbox.
1. Click My Account > Account Settings. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do it.)
2. Update your account details in the appropriate fields:
➤ E-mail address
➤ First and Last Name
➤ Password
➤ Display name
3. Updating your Billing Information
➤ For orders already placed:
Your order was processed successfully and there’s no need to change your billing information.
➤ For future orders: You just need to edit or add new billing address.
4. Updating your Shipping Information
➤ For orders already placed: send us mail right away: print@tenygo.com.
➤ For future orders: It can be changed during the checkout process the next time you place an order.

Customs and Duties Worldwide
All the prices of our products not include any taxes and/or duties, because sometimes place steep taxes and/or duties on international packages by some countries/zones. As we cannot control these additional charges, there is no way to reduce them. We may precalculate some taxes accord to the regulations of destination country of your parcel when you checkout.
Every item you order at TenyGo is printed for you by hand. Changes to your order are only possible if we have not yet started printing. It means you should act fast if you want to change anything before order status become to “processing” – we’re quick off the mark. Once your order is processed, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Change orders for registered customers
Check your order status as soon as possible. You can find your order status in “Orders” after logging into your account. If your order is still not marked as “processing” in the order overview section, you can easily cancel it. Then create a new order with your desired changes.
Change orders for unregistered customers
If you placed your order without having registered, you can get order details and follow your order in your mail, and send us mail (print@tenygo.com) as soon as possible, and let us know what do you want to do.
Change your shipping address
It can’t be changed shipping address or shipping method for any order if it has shipped.
You can log in to your account anytime to view your order status. If you can’t remember your password, simply click the “Lost your password?” on the login page.
If you’ve placed your order as a guest, you can get order details and follow your order in your mail, or just send us mail (print@tenygo.com).
In TenyGo’s Creat Your Own area, there is only a standard print fee in place for any one print area. You can place as many designs and as much text as you like for no extra cost within your chosen print area. All designs in our shop are free for you. Include amazing designs from our designers
Print areas
Phone cases and accessories like caps, cups and beanies only have a single print area. You can print on several areas of most pieces of clothing, usually on the front, back, sleeves, and so on. For each print area you personalize, just a fixed rate for print apply.
Acceptable payment method: Credit/Debit card, Paypal,Union(银联卡),Alipay(支付宝), Wechat Pay, Stripe, Apple Pay, etc.
Our payments will be processed in USD. If your card company or bank uses a different currency, the final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates. Please contact your payment provider for further information.
if you place an order for your company or club, you can enter a different address for deliveries before you order. Subsequent correction of invoice details isn’t possible.

When you shop at TenyGo, you always get a bulk discount on 6 or more items. You can get the discount directly when you checkout. Our prices usually are much lower, and our Discount range from 10% to 50% will automatically be applied to your order. The bulk quantity discount will apply regardless of any variance of design, size, color, product, etc. in your order.
Tips: Few products are not eligible for discount: Gift, Products that are already discounted.
Delivery costs always depend on the order weight. You can get the specific fees by select the delivery country in the checkout page.
How to ensure speedy delivery

Shipments to P.O. Box, APO/FPO
Priority shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO address. If you enter a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address for Priority shipping, we will ship your order via our Standard shipping option.
Customs and Fees
Now our warehouse locations are in China. Your order may subject to customs or duty fees if the destination is out of the country/zone of the warehouse location. The fees are govermental in nature and not charged by TenyGo. Select the gift option at checkout will not prevent these fees from being charged. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cann’t be refunded, as they are not charged by us.
Tips: International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control. To ensure the most efficient handling of your international order, please make sure to include a local telephone number and email where you can be reached. Please check with your local customs authorities in advance to determine your country’s specific import requirements.
Tracking informations are availbale for all orders we shipped out. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, Please contact our Service Team after you checked the following things:
➤ Check that the address you provided to us was correct and complete.
➤ Check with family members to see if anyone else received your package.
➤ We will also ask you to check your mail box, front door, any other doors and surrounding areas (e.g. co-workers in company.)
When contacting our Service Team, please provide us with your order number and your phone number.
The Shipping Carrier Claims process can take up to 8 business days. The Shipping Carrier will perform an investigation to confirm that you have not received your package. Once the investigation is complete, the Shipping Carrier will inform us of the results.
If the claim is approved, we can either produce and ship your order again or offer you a refund. If the claim is denied, the reason for this would be because an individual at the shipping address confirmed delivery from the driver.

Shipping to International Destinations
We offer Priority shipping for most International destinations. Orders will enter production the business day following receive your order payment and take about 3 business days to be produced and shipped out. Delivery is typically within 1-10 business days once the order has been shipped. Please note, customs and duties may be due upon arrival. Learn more in our shipping times & costs.
Upgrade Priority Shipping
If you would like to upgrade an existing order to a faster shipping method, just contact with us. We will check the mail before orders ship out every day. You can upgrade your order to priority shipping before your order ship out.
Tips:Once an order has shipped, we are not able to change the shipping method. Processing days may more than 3 business days according order quantity.
Possible reasons for a delayed delivery:
➤ The delivery address is in a location that’s hard to reach (e.g. mountains, islands or remote areas). It may need few more days to delivery in these case.
➤ It will take an extra day if there is a public holiday in any of the countries that handle delivery.
➤ Customs and duties are due for the order and must be paid prior to delivery.
➤ You have placed a large order, the produce period may up to 5 business days.
